We expect to implement the software with training done as per below timeline :

1. Company Creation and all Master creations - 1/2 Day 

2. Bookings to Job and Invoices - 1/2 Day

3. Supplier Management - 1/2 Day

4. Ensuring Masters created by end user and UAT testing for the Live data entry(End to End) by users - 1 Day

5. Address User Queries, Sign-Offs and email Approvals on successful completion of Training - 1/2 Day

Note: The above scope of work will include support to the users for a week for any doubts and concerns (if any).

 

Please share Quotations for above scope of work and also share your cost for the support (AMC) i.e. per man day basis, per man hour basis as well as a month support Cost
